ALL OF OUR COFFEES COME FROM DIFFERENT FARMS iN THE SAME REGION- TARRAZÚ. THIS YEAR (2020) WE worked WITH TWO DIFFERENT FARMERS, GERARDO GRANADOS AND ODILIO MORA. BOTH FARMERS WORKED extremely HARD TO SeLECT the sweetest CHERRIES FROM THEIR HIGHEr ALTITUDE MICROLOTS (+1600msnm) in order to produce the highest quality coffee possible for us. Along with our packaging, we will include the name of the farmer that took care of your coffee.
The Tarrazu region is located in the interior mountains of Costa Rica and is known to produce distinguished coffee. Tarrazu is a market name for coffees produced and processed within this region. Coffee from this area is known to be relatively heavy-bodied with a complex aroma.
