Geisha or Gesha is a variety of coffee believed to be originated in the Gesha village in Ethiopia. It is considered to produce a very aromatic and floral cup of coffee. 
  • Origin: Finca La Montaña, Tarrazú.
  • Process: Red Honey. (With the honey process, producers leaves various amounts of mucilage adhering to the parchment as well as employing different depths of the coffee layer in drying, both resulting in unique profiles.
  • Taste: Flowers, Orange, brown sugar.

  • Smell: Floral aroma.
